Welcome to the City of Cape
Coral's searchable database for Code Enforcement Cases. This
database contains information on all code enforcement cases
since 1995. Case status may be closed, active or in lien. Additional
information is available by clicking on the highlighted case
number; however, narrative and case history is available only
on active cases or cases that have resulted in a lien on the
property. For more information, call the Code Enforcement Division
at 239/574-0613.
NOTE: For recording purposes, this database also contains
properties that have obtained permits for RV's and garage sales.
These are NOT code violation cases. There are two ways of searching
the database. If you know the 17-digit strap number, then you
can access the property information using this number. But if
you're like most people and find it easier to remember an address
rather than a lengthy strap number, that option also is available.
